Returns and Exchanges

30 Day Returns or Exchange.

At GR Phones we understand that sometimes a customer may change their mind. We offer a 30 days exchange or refund policy. The device must be returned in the same condition as purchased for an exchange or full refund. Please see below for our returns process.

Refund or Exchange Process

  1. Ensure that there is no damage to the device and it is in the same condition as you received it.
  2. You will need to complete an RMA form.
  3. Please ensure that all account locks are removed i.e. passcode, iCloud/Google locks. we cannot process a return with account locks still on the device. 
  4. The device needs to be carefully packaged including any accessories received to ensure no damage occurs during transit. Please return to the following address: GRP Returns Department: Unit 76 Basepoint, Lincoln Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP12 3RL, UK.
  5. You must enclose your invoice, RMA number or your full name and address within the packaging. 
  6. Once received your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 working days.
