How we grade our phones, tablets and laptops?
Each device is graded based on their cosmetic appearance. Please read our grading criteria below:
Excellent - The item shows no to minimal signs of use. It is fully functional and has been professionally refurbished, tested, inspected, and cleaned to excellent condition by our certified technicians.
Very Good - The item shows minimal wear. It is fully functional and has been professionally refurbished, tested, inspected, and cleaned to very good condition by our certified technicians.
Good - The item shows moderate wear. It is fully functional and has been professionally refurbished, inspected, tested, and cleaned to good condition by our certified technicians.

What courier do you use?
Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery to ship most items that fall under FREE shipping.
For express next working day shipping we use DPD to ship most items.
What are your cut off times for dispatching items?
We dispatch all orders placed before 15:00 Monday - Friday. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
What if I have received my device but don't like it?
GR Phones offer a 30 days returns or exchange policy.
Are payments accepted over the phone?

I have returned a faulty device for repair under warranty when will I receive it back?
We will notify by email when we have received your device safely. Your device will be replaced or repaired within 5 working days subject to terms.
