How we grade our phones, tablets and laptops?

Each device is graded based on their cosmetic appearance. Please read our grading criteria below:

Excellent - These devices are in excellent condition, they may only show very minor / light cosmetic signs of use, markings & scratching.

Very Good - These devices are in a good overall condition, they will show usual signs of use with moderate markings. These may include some scratches, denting, scuffs or chips mainly on the aluminium back casing, sides and edges. 

Average - These devices are in a average condition, they will show moderate to heavy signs of use with moderate cosmetic markings, which will include scratches, denting, scuffs and chips on the aluminium back casing, sides and edges and on the screen. A good case will have this looking fresh!

What is your shipping method and cut off times?

GR Phones uses Royal Mail special delivery to ship most items. You will recieve your device the next working day if you have placed your order before 14:00 Monday - Friday. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. 

What if I have received my device but don't like it?

GR Phones offer a 14 day returns or exchange policy

Are payments accepted over the phone?

Yes if you prefer to pay over the phone please call 01494 534 008 and one of our team will process your payment. 

I have returned a faulty device for repair when will I receive it back?

We will notify by email when we have received your device safely. Your device will be replaced or repaired within 5 working days subject to terms.

How do I cancel my purchase?

You will need to contact our customer service team on 01494 534008 if you have received a sales confirmation and you would like to cancel.

 Do you offer warranty?

GR Phones offers 12 months warranty subject to terms and conditions.
